The World I Knew by Jordin Sparks, Music Lyrics and Video

The World I Knew is the theme song for “African Cats”, an upcoming nature film from Disneynature, set for release on Earth Day, April 22, 2011. Jordin Sparks wrote the music for the theme song of the movie. Her video and performance will roll at the end of the movie during the credits when the flick hits theaters.

The film focuses on a young lion cub being raised by his mother, a leader defending his family from a lion, and a mother cheetah who is raising five newborns. The movie is narrated by Samuel L. Jackson.
